Pick UP Part

They took great care of me, juve made everything alright The price I was given for a part was suspiciously low but hey I went for it, 65$ so I drove an hour to pick it up, upon arrival they tried to say someone on their end made a mistake and were hesitant to give me the escalade brake light at the agreed price, I stayed calm with them, they stayed calm with me they talked amongst each other for a while and within a reasonable amount of time did the right thing. And gave it to me for agreed price no problems here happy customer on his way home, honestly one of the best deals I've ever got

It's not what it used to be.You can't go back and look anymore just in case you find something else. You may need this is strictly auto parts. They have it or don't counter service only

I had such a great experience. I had gone to two different parts places before I found this one and had no luck finding the part I needed. When I walked in the man at the desk was super nice and very helpful. They got me the part and gave me a GREAT price. I will be coming back for more parts in the future!!

Customer service horrible. He was not professional nor helpful. You try to ask a question he cuts you off prior to the question just rude. They will never get my business

The owner was kind enough to come out and greet me personally when he found out I was in a personal predicament with limited cash. I recommend this business as a small business owner to anyone who is in need of quality customer service from …

It’s very hard to get help and the place has no AC for customers and the waiting area is dirty

The Staff was very helpful. One Staff member actually came outside to see exactly what we needed so I believe he went over and above what was expected of him. We did not want to buy a used part but for some reason we could not find the part at none of the Ford Dealers or any other Auto Parts.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY SAID THEY HAD MY PART, I CLOCK OUT OF WORK, MAKE THE TRIP FROM MEDICAL CENTER, TO GET THERE AND THEY TAKE ME TO A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CAR THAN THE ONE I CALLED ABOUT. THEN COWARD WOULDN'T EVEN COME TELL ME HIMSELF, HE SENT SOMEBODY ELSE TO TELL ME THEY MADE A MISTAKE. NEVER APOLOGIZED OR TRIED TO HELP ME. THEY SUCK!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

The man who answered did answer by saying "Parts". I took the time to know the year, make, model, and part number I needed. He politely said they didn't have it, and referred me to a vendor who he believed had one. I said thank you, and …
