This is the worst company to buy used parts from they wanted over $100 for a used Chinese radiator. When I show them the exact same manufacturer of radiator was $65 brand new online they told me they would not negotiate price. Honestly they just cost themselves money and lost the sale. Not to mention all the other parts that were removed from the car that I will not be returning for

Terrible location now. Used to be kindof ok, but employees have gotten a lot more rude. $3 cover charge now. Parts are barely a few percent off from Gundies, B&R and other local yards that pull the part for you. Save yourself the labor …

I worry about the health of the people working there first and foremost before I go further with this review. The lady at the front counter might need medical attention. I'm not as sure, but I'm worried for people here. Like, you'll see what I mean. If you actually dare to go to this place and we'll leave it at that. So I will say that we called ahead of time, and they said, they have one. It was like a done deal. And they said, we have to go find it. Ourselves, but it'll be really easy. And they can't go look for Us. I don't know why. Because the car that they claimed had this tire was so close. You could throw a baseball from the spot that she was supposedly doing her job and easily. The baseball would hit The car won't hit the tire though. Because the tire's not there. And maybe her legs don't work.I don't know her mouth does, and i'm not happy about this place because they charged me three dollars to walk outside.Which they could have done just to find out that the thing they claimed was, there is not there. This place is complete trash and garbage.Just pay the extra twenty five dollars and go somewhere else

Won't accept returns from other branches. I would understand if it was out of state branch, it's enough they won't give us cash back for returns now they won't accept returns with a receipt from their near by branch. This is the last time we go to a pick n Pull. eBay is much cheaper for most used parts.

This place is great for getting used car parts. They charge $2 to enter the yard and you sign a waiver. The girls at the service fest are very kind and helpful. They even have events where you can get what you need at a discount from their regular prices.

People at the counter were very nice and informative. I had to take the car back return it for another one no problem. But didn't like being charged $3 again to get back in that was bulshit

Terrible customer service. They charge a fee just to go find out they dont have the part you need. If they do have the part you need they charge more than what it costs brand new. The guy at the counter told me he suggested I do that then.
