Completely unorganized, underpay by a huge margin, and have no clue what to tell you to have for paperwork. I had a car that I wanted towed away. Wasted time on the phone describing it and got an offer of $75. I needed the space so I agreed. This is the fun part. These guys use some other service that will call you from an 800 number with no official name associated on caller ID and if you dont answer, they just leave a message saying because you didnt answer a clearly potential spam phone call, they wont be coming. So, you get to go through the whole procedure again. Went through this three times. Initially, I was told that a release of interest will suffice for paperwork. When I first talked to the tow truck driver who DIDNT call from an 800 number, he stated that wasnt good enough and I needed a title. So, instead of sitting around the phone hoping to answer any plethora of random 800 numbers, I drove there with the title. Nope, not good enough. Needed MORE paperwork. I wont get into how rude the girl at the window was, but every exchange I had with her was unpleasant. zero customer service. Now, what I do advise, is use literally any online website that offers to buy used cars. Picknpull offered me $75. I sold it for $170 to a different company that actually KNEW what papers were needed, were friendly, called from a legitimate number, etc. Ive sold a few cars to picknpull over the years. I wont be selling another one to them. Ever.

Recently went here for the first time. Didn't know what to expect after reading all the reviews. All I have to say is that the girls in the front were very friendly, online Inventory was accurate and online pricing matched my receipt. Pick N Pull FTW!

Cheap auto and pickup parts but you have to get your hands dirty. If you are a DIY person save some money and get a used part for less. Go to the web site first and make sure they have your car at their location. To get on the yard bring …

Unprofessional and Dishonest I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at Pick-n-Pull. The staff clearly have zero training, and their customer service absolutely sucks. I told them I no longer wanted to do business and wanted my car back, but they refused and said they already had the title — basically robbing me in broad daylight. The store manager,Jay seastone, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and showed discriminatory behavior. It’s shocking that someone like that is allowed to Area manage. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business here unless you want to be disrespected and taken advantage of. Stay far away from this location.

This store chain has better price in the area for heavy or big items, but small things are overpriced. Great place to shop though

Parts pricing is a little crazy for having to pull it yourself and no guarantee anything works. But the staff here is way better and nicer then the one in smokey point and the yard Is a lot bigger with more variety

As a first timer, and doing my first window harvest solo, I KNOW people like me can probably be annoying to seasoned vets of the junk yard scene. I live in Seattle, my window got busted out, I'm incredibly financially challenged at the moment, and all I needed was a little encouragement and good advice. They were awesome to me! BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS 🖤🙏

The staff here are all sweet and awesome, first off. Super stress free experience overall. I came in because I saw a 2013 Kia Forte, and I needed to replace a couple parts on my 2011. Had all the parts I needed, at a MUCH fairer price than the auto parts stores. Quick, easy stress free experience.
