Terrible service. We are here at 4:37 just with a question about rims we wanted to buy. A white tall over size girl very rudely yelled at us once we took the first steps in the store...we wanted to try to ask her a question about the rims and she interrupted us yelling again in our faces saying they were closed even though the schedule says CLOSE AT 5!

The vehicles were very well organized on the grounds as well as their locations clearly marked. The staff was friendly, efficient, and most of all very thorough. I will be getting used parts there exclusively from now on. I found the prices to be very reasonable, and there was a wide selection of vehicles for me to go to in order to keep my car running.

I always seem to find the parts I need for multiple vehicles. Be careful when you park. I was told that there's a tow company towing vehicles that was parked in handicap spots without r tags, across the street, and in fire lanes. After …

Do not believe their 40% off. It does not include tires even if you pull them from the yard. Even though the ad says everything you pull is 40 % off. Is a scam just so you walk in the door and pay the entrance fee

The worst experience ever. I was quoted a price over the phone, when we got there, they said we called IAA instead of Pick and pull...NO we called pick and pull. Our car was not running we towed it up there, just for them to say IAA said we told them it was running...anyways we left with $240 less than our quote...bc they did everything they could to lie and say we didn't tell them it had damages. Which we did. The worst place ever...I give them zero stars
