Zero stars if it were possible. This establishment has implemented a set of rules so extreme that even a prison wouldn’t enforce them. Meanwhile, people openly come and go causing damage, stealing, and creating chaos—yet as an honest customer genuinely trying to follow their procedures, I was met with resistance at every single step. The issue isn’t just the rules; it’s the staff. Their behavior, demeanor, and communication are completely unacceptable. Communication is practically nonexistent, and basic customer service is clearly not a priority. I understand this is a junkyard—but that is not an excuse to abandon professionalism or basic human decency. You are operating a business, standing behind a counter, and accepting money. That alone should come with a minimum standard of respect. This place needs significant improvement—across management, staff training, and customer relations. If ownership wants to understand what a functional operation looks like, I suggest visiting other junkyards. The difference is night and day.

Went in on half price weekend. Really good inventory selection, cars are not overly picked. 2 bucks to get in, 1 dollar if you join their loyalty program (free). Only "downside" would be their staff demeanor, but come on. You are getting killer deals on parts. Get what you pay for? Not a big enough issue to keep me away.

Ripoff place. They charge you $3 to get in but they dont even have wheel barrels and the 2 they have dont work. Wanted tripple the price of a fuse box $140 that i pulled myself and wanted to charge extra for every fuse and relay. Save your time and buy online delivered to your door new. This place is going down for sure

What a disappointment and how far downhill this place has come. It used to be about great deals. After I drove all the way there, paid a fee to get in the door, and found and pulled the part myself, they tried to charge me TWICE the …

$6 entry for 2 people. We went there and took out two door handles and spent nearly two hours to gently remove them both just for this location to to charge us over $40 for 2 door handles when its less than $27 online for all 4 new. More expensive than what seems logical.

Staff is very friendly and outgoing. As soon as I checked in I was asked if I needed assistance finding a specific vehicle. I was given the information and was on my way. One of the few Pick-N-Pulls with outgoing staff.

If I could leave a lower review of 0 stars. I would this place has gotten absolutely outrageous. They charge you a $2 fee to get into the reckoned yard. Then they charge you corcharge fee on all parts. Then they should want to charge you for the part itself. And now they're charging you a warranty fee. So A simple blower motor that Would cost normally twenty bucks at other wrecking This is outrageous. I will never do business with this company again. Not to mention, I find that their staff is quite rude. When I go and their warranty is a joke, they will exchange the part for another part. If they have it, they will never return your money. And I'm going to talk about real momentarily. I had a friend that had a transmission that he bought from them. We installed it. The transmission turned out to be garbage and all they would do is give him a voucher card for the replacement cost of that transmission or or another transmission. And when he finally decided to use the voucher card. It was expired so they screwed a mat of his three hundred bucks

Great location for replacement parts. Found a similar Subaru and grabbed what we needed. Easy to work with and easy to work on the cars. Great pricing too!

After spending all day pulling parts in the rain, they wanted to charge me $260 for a rusty 40 year old crossmember and the older counter woman started to argue because she didn’t understand the difference between a lower control arm and a swaybar. Walked out without getting anything i pulled.

After I got all my parts I went to the counter the it was more expensive then if I ordered the parts and shipped to my door. Also they charged a core fee for everything I got. They won’t be getting my business ever again
