Didn't find what I was after, but that's how it goes. Definitely a great selection of lots of stuff and staff was friendly and helpful. Hope to be back even though it was 2 hours from my Maryland home!

This place is huge and the staff is extremely friendly. I went there looking for F-150 left 250s which they had a list of on there website but when I got there I found out there in a private section the 900s so I was a little disappointed. Everything there is covered in dust and beat up pretty good. But if you like going to junk yards it was definitely one worth stopping at.

Have had a couple great experiences with these guys in obtaining late model Explorer parts. Their rules and prices are clearly posted, and they'll help find parts that aren't in the "you pull it" section of the yard. Thanks Jorge for finding the stuff I needed at a great price!

Having gone to a few “U-Pull” locations in the midwest area, I expected this location to be no different than the others I had experienced. I learned quite quickly that this was not the case. This company does not make it clear that they restrict the vehicles you can access to pull parts from. They do state that rows 900-999 are not U-Pick, but nothing about the starting rows also being restricted is detailed on their website. Imagine my surprise when I asked for directions to rows 4-6, where their inventory showed the exact models I wanted to see, only to be told I could not access that area? I was told I needed to see a salesman in the office and upon entering the office I encountered a salesman who seemed less than enthused that I had come in. Upon sending me to a model they had in an accessible area (back of their lot), I found the car completely bombed out with nothing usable for what I was looking for. At this point I departed for my journey home as I was traveling from out of state and no longer had the time nor the patience to wait for someone else to pull a part for me that I specifically brought tools for. I could have just as easily done that from my home and had it shipped as there are HUNDREDS of other companies that offer such a service. This company’s setup defeats the purpose of what a U-Pull is designed for. If your going to limit access to certain vehicles it should be made much more clear or don’t list the cars in your inventory as available for U-Pick. I am glad that I’m only out $2 and an hour of my time. If ever traveling again to VA and on a parts hunt, I will be actively avoiding this company no matter which location of theirs it may be.

Terrible service from the sellers. On Tuesday, November 25, I called for a transmission and they gave me a fair price. And today, November 28, I went to pick up the transmission and the seller who answered me on Tuesday was not there and …

They had exactly what I had been searching for my 2003 vehicle. They only charged me the entrance fee. Great location and pretty safe for adults. Vehicles were probably marked and in the same auto class.

They have prices for parts listed on line but when you call they don’t answer the phone. They are using a text system and then they charge you a different price other than what’s posted online. I have went to this yard plenty of times in the past and it’s always been ran poorly. The cars are to close together. The yard is a mud pit and very dangerous to walk thru after a rain. The staff treats you like you owe them something. I won’t be going back to this place for anything.

Went to get a car part from this business; you can get almost every part you want from this place. All makes and models of cars and the cost is unbeatable. I went for original rugs for a 2007 Toyota Camry LE .
