Paul's Auto Yard

Beware! Dishonest, misleading with charges. Told me a to help pull was a flat fee charge and they charged after doing the labor for both parts. Don’t appreciate the misleading dishonesty and being forced to pay more

Beware dealing with this business! Manager is unprofessional. Was given a flat fee labor charge to help pull for a part, which didn’t take long, was charged twice when kept being told it was only one charge. Manager there, some lady kept switching languages assuming I couldn’t understand her then waited till I paid and even agreed I should only pay the 25 bucks I was quoted by the employee helping me at the desk. Then she changed her language just not being consistent or clear with their language on service charges. Then only offering store credit when I could have easily just been given my money back. Petty and unprofessional for a business. Chances of me coming back for store credit they know is slim. Sheisty business tactics and unprofessional

I just called and drove for 2 hours: Ridiculous High prices we said ok. Extra paid to pull it out we said ok. Not ready till tomorrow? For real????? Front disk lady was okiesh however, she could say something over the phone that won't be ready till tomorrow. Lost time money and gas. Absolutely not recommended.

I visited Paul's Auto Yard today in search of a part for my F-150 door. Although I couldn't find the specific part I needed, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even provided me with the exact part number and location for a Hyundai Elantra that I was also looking for. They allowed me to go back out to get more tools to assist with my search. The prices were reasonable, and the people there were incredibly nice. Overall, I had a positive experience and would highly recommend Paul's Auto Yard to others in need of auto parts.

Free admission. There's a 4% fee for using your card, and only a 7 day return policy for only store credit or exchange. It's a little disorganized back there; yet, their collection seems a little more varied. There's also a fun junk pile to …

They've always been polite and helpful. If you make good rapport with them and are a regular customer buying parts they really start to discount them after you've been going a while continue to do business with them. They have lately been paying higher than all the other yards for scrap across the board. At least from what I have turned in. There is no fee to enter their yard . They are now requiring a mask in the office area but once you get outback in the yard where it's open you're not required to wear a mask at this time.they have a massive selection of vehicles to go through and find parts. They also have handcrafted scrap sculptures they are really great looking and innovative. They also have been putting down a considerable amount of gravel and fill so the yard is a lot cleaner than other yards in the area. Another bonus is they are open 7 days a week.

Went there the other day and the part was so small that they just let me have it for free and it is by far the best junkyard to go to in Fort Wayne. They’ve always had great prices on the things I have bought

This place is a joke. I went to buy a mirror for my car and they charged me more than it costs for a brand new one. Absolute joke. Place has gone downhill under new management.

Hey Ladies Pauls auto Yard is def female friendly. I was helped the second I walked in the door, directed as to where I needed to look and even greeted on the way back concerned if I found my part! Very professional. And THERE’S NO FEE TO ENTER!! You won my business I’ll def be back if I have another need.

Ruth was very nice and professional and I would definitely be coming back for any other parts I may need
