Parts Center - Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Ann Arbor

When I first ordered the part, it was supposed to arrive within less than a week because I paid for expedited shipping. It did not arrive on the day of there promise, I waited a few more days and called them, but they said the system was hacked and they were not able to do the delivery on time and we will have to wait till the system is up and running. I did wait and then called after a couple of days, and they said that I would have the part on 07/08/2024 Today's date is 07/08/2024, and I did not receive the package. No one is responding to my phone calls or emails. (I myself also have a business, but my customers are the most valuable people to me than anyone else when it comes to business. )

My experience with service was great! Sean did an amazing job setting me up with a rental that I was allowed to keep the entire time my car was being serviced. He was very kind and courteous. Brought my vehicle in on a Saturday morning for oil change and tire rotation. Waiting room was spacious, clean and comfortable with almost the whole area to myself. Plenty of space to get a little work done while I waited! The work was done as promised. The staff was very professional.

Every time I take my car in I have been experienced only kindness, efficiency and skilled employees. Travis had been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond to help me and answer any questions. Chris had also been very nice, and caring. I know when I go here, things will be done right. I have had several Jeep and Chryslers, very consistent.

Bought car drove it home and can’t drive it because it’s smoking can’t get into a shop til Friday after I bought car last Saturday. Sent video via text to let frank know. Can’t get my tags because frank will not bring them and the car that I bought will not make it back down there

Chris Graham did an absolutely fantastic job on our recent visit. We discovered that a tire on our 2021 Durango had a defect. I brought our paperwork in and Chris studied it carefully. He noticed something, called a warranty company and verified that we had purchased extended coverage for specifically this problem. His diligence paid off as we had only a small fee to pay to replace the high-quality, and expensive, Ecopia tire. We have a big Thank You to Chris.
