Beware of this store! I "was" a commercial customer but after the great parts guy Jim left the store I realized it was being run by emotional women and incompetent children. These people should NOT be dealing with commercial customers - I just want to buy parts, not deal with people's feelings or emotional decision making. And I will not tolerate kids constantly screwing up orders which has cost me time and literal money (having to pay for a car on a lift for an hour and a half because they gave me the wrong part = $150) I understand a mistake every now and then BUT 4 in 2 weeks is ridiculous. And one guy has screwed up EVERYTIME but he is still there. The worst part is that they don't even realize how horrible they are! I used to call them everyday and have spent thousands there but NOT ANYMORE I have other stores in my area with professional commercial departments they do not trust to unexperienced children

Just left there today and boy do they move like molasses. Don't have any care in the world! This is not the first time. Please for the love of GOD put people who love what the do! This parts store here! is not working!

The five star is for you Angela. Thank you for all your help on yesterday for calming the situation and sending us to another one of your store in North Charleston on Rivers Ave. At that location my son and I received exceptional Customer service and some of my money back. Yaaay!!! Thanks you’re are truly amazing and you did it with a pleasant smile on ur face. Highly Recommend this store and please speak with Angela if you have any problems with anything.

Parks auto parts store down on Rivers is the only one with the knowledgeable speed shop in it at all. He’s the only guy that could help me with my 455 olds that I have in my jet boat now everybody sells parts for 455 old, but nobody knows …

By far this is one of the best auto parts stores I've been in. The attitude of the staff is awesome. I've been in other auto part stores you feel like you're not welcome. Everyone is always pleasant I just love the store I promote them 100%

If they don't have it the warehouse in Charleston does. They will have it normally the same day. Edit.....but they won't warranty the parts after failing in less than a month. I used to shop Parks exclusively but never again.

Great pricing and helpful staff. Bought a battery, my van died in the lot and the gentleman who rang me up brought his truck around to jump me so I could get home. Excellent service, I'm switching parts stores.

This is for the 165/17 location. I didn't expect the red carpet treatment, but I didn't expect to be flat out ignored when I walked in. I was taught when I worked at auto zone to always acknowledge the customer. That did not happen. This location continues to have poor customer service.
