This store is full of helpful hard working people. I have used Parks as a supplier for 27 years, sure you might have to hold occasionally when calling in, but that happens at my store too. Thanks Randy, Jeff, Stacey and Gova.

These guys actually know mechanics. Randy the manager, I met 10-12 years ago working there. He is an old car guy like me. If I have a question he is always there to assist. If you want cheap quality parts and personnel that has no real mechanical knowledge, go to a big chain store. If you want knowledgeable personnel that knows your name, go to Parks Auto, a locally owned company.

We buy all of our parts from Parks. They have a broad selection and special orders usually only take a day or two. The staff at this location is awesome. They take the time to research the right part and their prices are competive.
