Parks Auto Parts

Absolutely stellar service from start to finish! From the moment 1 made the call to the moment I walked out of the store, everything was handled quickly and professionally. I called needing a part, and the phone interaction took less than 2 minutes-super efficient. When I arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman named Blaiz, who took great care of me with professionalism and a smile. I was in and out in under 5 minutes, completely satisfied. Great prices, great people, great parts-can't ask for more!

Typical car parts shop. Bunch of random parts and tools and a kid bored to death behind the counter. He was helpful

It's a testament to their expertise that most of the local shops order from them. And they put up my stupid questions!

I called. They confirmed they had the part. I went and picked it up. The fella who handled the transaction did so efficiently and with a good attitude.

Walked in, to do some business. Both gentlemen were on the phone and didn’t even acknowledged I walked in. I ask him where do I need to go to exchange or replace my battery/get it tested? Still there about three more minutes the other …

This store is full of helpful hard working people. I have used Parks as a supplier for 27 years, sure you might have to hold occasionally when calling in, but that happens at my store too. Thanks Randy, Jeff, Stacey and Gova.

These guys actually know mechanics. Randy the manager, I met 10-12 years ago working there. He is an old car guy like me. If I have a question he is always there to assist. If you want cheap quality parts and personnel that has no real mechanical knowledge, go to a big chain store. If you want knowledgeable personnel that knows your name, go to Parks Auto, a locally owned company.

We buy all of our parts from Parks. They have a broad selection and special orders usually only take a day or two. The staff at this location is awesome. They take the time to research the right part and their prices are competive.

It's a wonder this store is still even open. I manage an automotive repair shop not even two miles from this store. Every time I call I get placed on hold immediately. "parks auto this is Jeff, gotta put you on hold, click" I'm …

Great friendly people. Prices is good for top name parts
