Park Auto Parts Co

a life saver...One of my Mercedes S550 headlights went out and I was pretty much about to pay close to $2,000 in parts and labor to replace the module that went out. I called every Auto Salvage in Houston and just be fire I had giving up one of the Auto Salvages referred me to Park Auto parts!!!😇😇 I called on the phone and Park Auto Parts were very very helpful, with a good old fashion feel that made me jump in my car and head over, once there in person I received the exact same genuine treatment I got when I was on the phone!!! I won't say how much I got the part for, but I will say that I was blessed that day because lord knows I didn't have a lot of money!! Park Auto Parts I genuinely appreciate the blessing!!!

tried to order headlight over the course of 3 days and 5 phone calls only to find the headlight had damage that wasnt originally advertised. i found out after asking if the headlight was complete. i wouldnt waste any more of my companies time on these people

Very helpful staff and great prices!

BUYER BEWARE !!! FIRST OF ALL IT TOOK MORE THAN 2 DAYS TO GET AN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED, THEY CHANGED DELIVERY DATE 2 TIMES!!!! AND WHEN IT FINALLY BECAME TIME TO ACTUALLY PURCHASE THE PART KNOWING THAT MY CUSTOMER ON MY END HAD ALREADY BEEN PROMISED THE MERCHANDISE FOR A SET DATE,THEY SAID THEY WERENT GOING TO SELL ME THE PART BECAUSE MY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS WERENT THE SAME !!!!!! I TOLD THEM THEY COULD SHIP IT TO THE BILLING ADDRESS AND THEY REFUSED BECAUSE IT WAS A "RED FLAG". IVE BEEN IN BUISNESS FOR 25 YEARS AND IT HAS NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS.

Great place to get headlights. Super nice and knowledgeable people that work there.

Friendly staff and good quality headlights. Highly recommend!

I would not buy from this company if I weren't forced to by insurance companies. They are very rude over the phone and I have not had pleasant experiences.

Very easy process!Teresa and Nicole were both very nice to work with!
