Bad customer service, Owner is so tough they sale the parts with no return after 30 days even 31 days they don’t even take restock fee to return, really bad and not recommended to do business with them specially rebuilders and dealers

I always feel welcome & the staff are always there to help me out & I really appreciate the staff they are very helpful & amazing staff & I hope all the customers will have the same energy & positive attitude

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. WATCH OUT WITH THIS GUY NAME PABLO. If he offers warranty to you. Don’t buy the parts from him. He will not return the part after it’s defective. He is the biggest scammer out there. He gave me a loss of 600$. 300$ for the part and 300$ for shipping. AGAIN PABLO IS THE BIGGEST SCAMMER OUT THERE.

Had a customer drive down from Oklahoma and we weren't able to help them with there parts so we sent them over to OZ Auto Parts 1 in Dallas. The Asian looking woman was so nice and went out of her way to help us out with are good customer. Great job you guys

I ordered a part on 02/22 and it's now 03/06. I still haven't received my part. Everytime i call the lady tells me the part is still at their facility. When asked, if there is anything that they could do since it's going on 2 weeks. She told me its not their fault so they can't give a credit and would just have to give a refund. It's not the customers fault either that i have to wait this long. I trusted you guys with my hard earned cash and I haven't got anywhere. Horrible customer service.

Visited for some parts. Abraham was extremely helpful. If you need anything let Abraham know and he will take care of you. Awesome business! It's for the people.
