One Stop Auto Parts

My cousin had them install her battery less than 2 weeks ago. After only a week the battery blows up and catches fire while she is driving resulting in loss of her vehicle and almost her life. They take no accountability, offer no help. I bought a used tire here years ago that popped on me less than 30 days of purchase. Buyer beware. Attorney general and BBB will be looking into this

I mean as if the consistent poor reviews weren’t a clear indication that this place lacks customer service skills, it’s needless to say who ever is answering the phone is completely unprofessional and rude. Had no idea it wasn’t common …

Great parts, prices, and service in and out no waiting on the phone and very helpful highly recommended

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was highly unprofessional, and the staff at the front desk were rude and dishonest. I purchased a driver axle that turned out to be broken. When I tried to return it, they told me it was non-refundable. I find it hard to believe that used auto parts shouldn’t be refundable, especially when sold in such a questionable condition. This lack of consideration and transparency is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable auto parts or decent customer service.

The guy is really chill. Say hi to Duke he's a good dog

Do not shop with them very rude nasty and he sold me a bad part and wouldn’t exchange or refund me he wants to make it my fault

Agreed on a price over the phone. Went to pick it up and somehow the price went from 450 to 630 I got the part anyway because it was mandatory. It didn’t fit and I went the next day to return it. They started talking about a bunch of …

That's the second time we call this guy for parts and he has them listed for certain price and all of a sudden when we get their to pick the part up he says that the parts online are different and doubles the prices. Make sure you don't waste your time with those people anymore.

Quick service! Friendly Staff! Had the part for my car. Was here for no longer than 10 min! Thank you guys!!

Thank you Mark, Matt and Dad. Special props to Keith who installed my wheels and door mirror. This used auto parts store is the best. They will not sell you a part unless they test it. Their prices are very reasonable. And their service is second to none. You cannot go wrong when you select One Stop Auto Parts.
