Norwood Autoparts, please fix your customer service hours. I arrived at 4:05 and you're already closing, with four cars left outside in the parking lot—and they're yours. It's terrible. If you don't want to work, stay home. This store is a disgrace.

Terrible store. I arrived at 3:55 pm and it was already closed, even though their hours say they're open until 5 pm. I'm never coming back to this place. Don't waste your time here.
