I had a great experience with North Side Imports. I called ahead to order parts and when I came in to pay, Robert was the one who helped me. He was extremely kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Angie at the checkout counter was also very friendly and made the payment process quick and easy. Later on, when I needed to switch the part, Carlos helped me and made it completely hassle-free. The whole team was amazing, patient, and helpful. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with people who truly care about good customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending North Side Imports to others.

Let’s start with the phone system. I called multiple times. No answer. That’s not a front-desk issue — that’s a protocol issue decided by people higher up. And let’s be real: this clearly isn’t the first time this has happened, which means leadership knows about it and has chosen not to fix it. Now the parts system. Being told that parts are “ordered” or “on the way” but having no timeline at all is not a system — that’s guessing. That tells me money is being spent without real tracking or accountability, and customers are expected to just wait and hope. I live 20 minutes away. I made a 40-minute round trip for something that could’ve been handled with a simple phone call — if anyone had picked up. In Miami, time matters. Traffic matters. Nobody has time to burn because internal systems don’t communicate. This is what happens when leadership builds processes without thinking about real customers. Until upper management fixes communication and inventory transparency, people will keep wasting time and leaving frustrated — and that falls squarely on the people at the top. Don’t respond with your fake response that you truly going to do something when we know you won’t. Just want to leave my review in peace.
