If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would in a heart beat. I called and spoke with Chris about a fender I needed for my car. He stated he had the fender and sent me an email stating that it had absolutely had no rust on the fender and would send me pictures. I never received the pictures. He said it would only take 10 mins to pull it off when I got there. So I drove 1 hour and a half to get my fender. When I get there, I waited 30 mins for him to tell me the fender has a lot of rust on it and he is sorry. I didn’t drive that long of a distance for an “I’m sorry”, I came for a fender. I asked for some type of compensation for wasting 4 hours out of my day to no avail. They were not willing to do any of that. I thought he might have left for the day because he just left me sitting at the front for 10 mins. So when I did finally see him I told him to find me a fender. He found one and handed it to me on a piece of paper. I told him to call them and when he did, that one was fine too. He finally found one and that was another hour away from where I was. To make things even better a lady walks from behind the counter and starts getting into with me blaming me for not asking for the pics before I drove down there. How do you take pics of a fender if there is rust on the inside without taking it off. His email clearly stated there was absolutely no rust on the fender. She said she was the manager and Chris was new. She stated they don’t take care of customers by calling around if they don’t have the part. So if you lie to customers and tell them you have the part, and they drive an hour and half and you don’t have it, then what. I guess I’m suppose to say, it’s ok thank you and walk away. Don’t think so. She was one of the most rude managers I have ever dealt with. Not once was she trying to help the situation and make it better. Chris was very polite and tried his best to make it right and she made it worse. She kept correcting Chris on everything he did wiring and not once gave him any praise for what he did right. You can tell he was very stressed. My apologies to you Chis if I stressed you out. But on the other hand she bullies him and doesn’t care about helping customers. If I saw the 3.5 stars before I went there, I would have stayed home. Bully managers won’t keep associates and customers won’t give good reviews. Check out the reviews before you even think about getting a part from this place. They are terrible. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you.

The dark haired female driver needs to stay off the phone while driving.. she nearly ran overtop of my wife and I on kings hwy near the blue gray bridge today. More worried about taking photos of herself mskeing faces than driving a heavy truck.

It's tough when you have to replace an engine and you go used instead of brand new. When buying Salvage you never know what you're going to get, and having to ship it from another state doesn't make it any easier. Northern Neck Auto had exactly what I needed, and after I purchased it they shipped immediately with a tracking number. Jimmy made this process flow really smoothly. I will definitely be back for more used parts

Shouldn’t take 2 days to pull a alternator, Especially after I already paid for it in advance! I can pull it off myself but they won’t allow anybody in the yard. Otherwise Great price on the part and I got my client’s car going flawlessly. I’ll definitely go back as long as I’m not in a hurry.

Drive 2 hrs this morning after speaking with Greg on Friday to get a hood for our vehicle. Told us to call on our way down ( today is Monday) to have them pull the part. They open at 9am. We left Pa at 7am Called at 9:10 am to let him know we’d be there shortly. Guess what? Says no one working to pull parts till after 3pm! Says we are not able to pull it ourselves. We are business owners too and we have to work this afternoon. Way to go with excellent customer service Greg... NOT!
