North Side Auto Parts

Amazing staff. They are extremely patient and kind. If they don't have the part (which is kinda of rare), then they will direction to to sources that may have it. Never been let down when looking for parts ti my car. Save yourself the searching and high prices from auto stores and dealerships and just buy from them.

This part store is exceptional for customer service.

Very reasonable prices and good friendly environment. Def recommend again

Although the owner could not meet my need at this juncture, he kindly and accurately led me exactly where I needed to go, although the search engine I had been using was sending me miles away, he was able to direct me to the Ford dealership here in town, and they met my requirements overnight and with no cost! We have used this establishment before and have always met with excellent service.

I was hunting for a replacement driver's side visor for my 2011 Ford Ranger. They didn't have one that I could use but pointed me in the right direction to find one. Saved me $180 since I didn't have to order one through the dealership. Straight to the point and didn't hassle me.

Great customer service! Ordered in what I needed and let me know as soon as they had it.

Very nice staff and reasonable prices, 90 day warranty.

Never had a negative experience here. If they didn't have a part in stock, they ordered new at reasonable price.

Very cool people go there a lot for the parts that we need

Like always the staff very knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Thanks for giving us the customers a trusted experience.
