The price was great. Dispatch was prompt. The items were packed well and exactly what was ordered. The thin walled oil filter cartridges I ordered are prone to being dented in shipping and that is why I really appreciated the good packing. Communications were clear and kept me updated. This was a great first time buying experience . I hope to see you guys again soon.

Outstanding customer service from eEuroparts! I had an excellent experience thanks to their chat representative, Jackson. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions and making sure I got exactly what I needed. Purchased a bmw transmission solenoid kit on their eBay store. They go by partscontainer. What they sent was an oil pan. Now they are attempting to say that it shows that they sent the correct part. I am taking it up with eBay store to get my money back. Their eBay store needs to be taken down. I’m looking at these other reviews with similar situations. It takes 2 days for anyone to respond to the request. In the meantime, I’m stuck without a vehicle because the wrong part was sent. Luckily I at least got the transmission fluid I ordered.
