Newparts

The price was great. Dispatch was prompt. The items were packed well and exactly what was ordered. The thin walled oil filter cartridges I ordered are prone to being dented in shipping and that is why I really appreciated the good packing. Communications were clear and kept me updated. This was a great first time buying experience . I hope to see you guys again soon.

This site is great! I recently had a really great experience shopping at eEuroparts online store: …

Outstanding customer service from eEuroparts! I had an excellent experience thanks to their chat representative, Jackson. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions and making sure I got exactly what I needed. On top of that, he went the extra mile and even provided me with a $10 coupon, which was a really nice bonus and much appreciated. This level of customer service is rare these days. Huge thanks to Jackson and the eEuroparts team — I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

They are the best! Unbeatable prices, extremely fast shipping, and a very helpful customer service team. They are always available and quick to respond. I’ve ordered multiple times and every experience has been perfect. Highly recommended! Special thanks to Vic for the excellent support — professional, fast, and really helpful.

Overall very happy with the alternator for my 98 Mercedes and the ordering process. Also reasonably priced. Core amount was too low to be worth sending the old one back.

Purchased a bmw transmission solenoid kit on their eBay store. They go by partscontainer. What they sent was an oil pan. Now they are attempting to say that it shows that they sent the correct part. I am taking it up with eBay store to get my money back. Their eBay store needs to be taken down. I’m looking at these other reviews with similar situations. It takes 2 days for anyone to respond to the request. In the meantime, I’m stuck without a vehicle because the wrong part was sent. Luckily I at least got the transmission fluid I ordered.

Wonderful Customer Service! I reached out with a question via the chat option, and received a response from Vic within minutes. He provided the correct item numbers I needed to place my order, and the order shipped the next day. I've …
