Steve and Dale are the best and both are a pleasure to do business with. This is old fashioned service at its finest and the fairest prices around. If they don't have it, they will get it in no time. Forget the big stores, this is where you want to go for all your parts needs.

Do not I repeat do not ever buy or get an alternator built here they do not know what they’re doing. They told me my alternator was good after it failed on me twice not even having it for 90 days. They tested it and told me it was good but it kept failing! I went and purchased another one from advance which worked fine they refused my money back and wanted to keep inconveniencing me by fixing the same broken alternator. They’re a bunch of crooks and don’t care about customers. I also found out they outsourced the work to finish line which also has gone down hill BAD BUSINESS!

Like the other reviews are saying. The helpful, candid and friendly customer service is what keeps bringing me back to Navetta Auto Parts. Their prices are consistently better than the competition too.

Ive been coming here for years. They've service parts for every vehicle Ive had. If its not in the store they're going to go get it if possible that day. Sometimes the parts been more herre but why go somewhere else if you know they can and will get it.🥰 I appreciate them for that! …

Navetta Auto Parts is my new favorite place. These guys will go above and beyond to help you with your issue. You will not get this type of customer service from any of the big retail chain stores. Thank you guys.

Best parts for the best price. Friendly knowledgeable service. The way an auto parts store is supposed to be, not like those big box stores full of staff not liking their jobs and over priced junk parts. Navetta Auto parts is the place to go.
