Myers Auto Salvage

10/10 Outstanding Service from Myers Salvage I had an amazing experience with Myers Salvage. When I called in looking for a specific wheel and tire, they were extremely helpful over the phone they found exactly what I needed, gave me clear pricing, and made the whole process quick and easy. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, picked up my tire, and decided to swap it out in the lot. As the team was heading out for the day, they noticed I was struggling and, without hesitation, two employees came over and helped me get it changed. They didn’t have to they were literally closing but they still stepped in with no problem at all. That level of customer service is rare. Great parts, great people, and genuinely great customer care. Myers Salvage is definitely a 10/10 place. Highly recommend!

Oh my gosh!!!! best auto salvage business EVER!!!!!! I am a new customer, first time using them. My mirror came next day. Unfortunately was dropped or something during shipping. When I called they didn't hesitate new one went in the mail …

Called 2-3 time to triple check to make sure they had the part. Told them more than once I had a 45-50 minute drive before I make the trip out there to them because I don’t have any time to be wasting. They told me they had the work order in and that it’s put aside for me after putting me on hold for 10 minutes the same dude comes back and forgot what he was doing or something because he asks how he can help me again. I asked which one they had put aside for me and they said the best one! As I was telling them I’m getting ready to head out to them they hang up on me mid talking. I end up driving the 45-50 minutes over there walk in to get the part they put aside for me. All they had to say to me was “sorry I thought we called you and told you they’re both broken one is missing and other one is broken in half.” I didn’t get a single call, I was told they had them and drove all the way out there and wasted my time for no reason when I tried to make sure several times that they had it and it was good. Would not recommend going here doesn’t take anything to be honest.

This place stopped being one of my favorites after I bought a transmission from them for $800 and they refused to honor the warranty. They took my truck to check it and supposedly said it had a broken cable, but I'm sure they removed it to keep my money. Be careful before buying anything expensive there.😡😡😡 …

I was not impressed today when I called there today and spoke to Philip to request a quote on buying our car. I mentioned to him that I filled out the price quote request form on their website but hadn't heard back on it yet and he told me that they didn't have a website! Thinking maybe I had contacted the wrong place, I verified that they were at 1889 Poplar Springs Road, Hiram and he said they were. But he was not concerned at all about whether they had a website or not. He gave me a price over the phone for our car that was $200 less than the other salvage car lot I had called, so I'm going with them. They also seemed much more professional than Myers did.

"Great seller! The used auto part was in good condition and fit my car perfectly. Fair price and part was ready for pick on arrival. Highly recommended!"

Excellent customer service! Staff was friendly, fast and if they don't have the part you need they can tell you where to get it!

Paul was amazing first time using this business and he went above and beyond... great customer service

They are very professional and the parts prices are excellent. They just didnt have the part I needed.

Always helpful, courteous and professional. Fair prices, quality parts, with warranty. It's the first place I call.
