Myers Auto Salvage

Called 2-3 time to triple check to make sure they had the part. Told them more than once I had a 45-50 minute drive before I make the trip out there to them because I don’t have any time to be wasting. They told me they had the work order in and that it’s put aside for me after putting me on hold for 10 minutes the same dude comes back and forgot what he was doing or something because he asks how he can help me again. I asked which one they had put aside for me and they said the best one! As I was telling them I’m getting ready to head out to them they hang up on me mid talking. I end up driving the 45-50 minutes over there walk in to get the part they put aside for me. All they had to say to me was “sorry I thought we called you and told you they’re both broken one is missing and other one is broken in half.” I didn’t get a single call, I was told they had them and drove all the way out there and wasted my time for no reason when I tried to make sure several times that they had it and it was good. Would not recommend going here doesn’t take anything to be honest.

This place stopped being one of my favorites after I bought a transmission from them for $800 and they refused to honor the warranty. They took my truck to check it and supposedly said it had a broken cable, but I'm sure they removed it to keep my money. Be careful before buying anything expensive there.😡😡😡 …

I was not impressed today when I called there today and spoke to Philip to request a quote on buying our car. I mentioned to him that I filled out the price quote request form on their website but hadn't heard back on it yet and he told me that they didn't have a website! Thinking maybe I had contacted the wrong place, I verified that they were at 1889 Poplar Springs Road, Hiram and he said they were. But he was not concerned at all about whether they had a website or not. He gave me a price over the phone for our car that was $200 less than the other salvage car lot I had called, so I'm going with them. They also seemed much more professional than Myers did.
