Went to deliver a vehicle this morning park the car in front of Munich Autobahn spoke to Jose on the phone told me to deliver the keys to Melanie Melanie is very unprofessional cuz she wants me to park the car outside at the other people's businesses not in front of her business tell me the car was going to get damaged there and the car belongs to Jose's customer and that's how they treat people very bad very own kindly and very unprofessional by Melanie you're very unprofessional , learn to have manner. Melanie must be the owner's s daughter because she does whatever she wants and treats you however she wants to who it May concern

The worst auto shop ever! Believe me this place is bad! They are dishonest people. The guy called Ali and his assistance, the old guy tries to take money they didn't deserve. I went for battery replacement on December 29, 2022. They said the battery costs 245 dallors to buy and the labor is 120/hr. I already agreed on the price because I wasn't sure if there is a battery that costs that much and the labor length. When they finish, I just wanted to ask how much they really bought the battery and they said 245 dallors which is a huge lie because there is no in the world a regular car battery would cost 245. I asked where they got the batter, but they didn't want to tell me where they bought it because they knew I would ask the people they bought from. I already agreed at first but if I wanted I would have called police and get the money they took inappropriately. I am sure they bought it less than 150 dallors. They took more than 90 dallor for nothing for just the battery. And the labor, they said it took 50 minutes. Imagine when changing battery takes 50 minutes for mechanics. That's is another huge lie and dishonesty. I would not recommend this place even for my enemies. I paid 345 totally for battery change. You can google this right now and see how much it costs. I have never seen this kind of people in my life. They are huge 1000KG dishonest! If there was negative star, I would give them negative million.
