they didn't have the part but help to find a different place who have it

This place sucks. After a certain year they stopped caring vehicles, then why you call yourself a used auto parts.

I wish I could give them a 0 star. Horrible customer service. I was trying to purchase a part and they said I had to purchase the whole set. The location is called used auto PARTS; I was trying to purchase one tire and he said I had to buy all 4. Also, we were trying to lower the price and he said he was losing his patience with us, so if he lost his patient he wasn’t going to sell us anything ?

I bought a engine from them. Carlos gave me a great price on it. Got it delivered the same day. Unfortunately the engine was bad so I had to return it. They picked it up and brought the refund to me. I was really satisfied with the costumer service so I will consider them for future purchases.

This place is very unprofessional when I called they put me on hold and then hung up on me so I called back and they put me on hold automatically before even answering the phone. I called that and they kept doing it and hung up eventually …
