Terrible service. People pick up the phone and then just hang up. You call them back, and they say, “How can I help you?”—you explain everything, and then they transfer you to voicemail. These are people who absolutely do not provide quality service. It’s very unpleasant that this kind of treatment still exists in the 21st century, and that people run their business so poorly. And unfortunately, their manager doesn’t make sure the quality of service improves, so that customers would actually want to come back. I do not recommend.

Called ahead, said they had the parts in stock, explained that I had to drive 2 hours, they said no problem we have them in stock ready to go, got here, waited around for 45 minutes just to find out that they don't have it and that they'd already crushed the car. Total waste of time! Take your business elsewhere.

I They don't have good customer service. Customers are kept waiting for a long time for no reason. I think they should replace all the front-line staff.

First time here, bought a used transmission for my pt cruiser turbo. 1st one did not work well, came back and they gladly exchanged it, 2nd unit works good. They were flexible on the core return time and refunded me core deposit on the spot.

Have had a very good experience with all my recent purchases, I recommend everybody here for used parts. Very organized inventory, vehicles are covered in buildings not out in the open like all other junk yards. There phones are very busy if your close to the location your better off going in person or calling several times because it will go to voicemail

I contacted this place to check on a center console. They agreed that they did have a center console and the price was confirmed. I went to purchase it and they told me I was at the wrong location. They double the price on me. BAD business
