I recently had the pleasure of working with a local business that went above and beyond to help me get the car parts I needed, and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Finding quality parts at a fair price can be stressful, but they made the entire process incredibly easy, affordable, and hassle‑free.
From the moment I reached out, their customer service stood out. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, asked the right questions, and made sure every detail was correct. Instead of just pointing me toward whatever was on the shelf, they actually searched around and tracked down the best price in town—something you don’t see very often anymore.
What impressed me most was their dedication to making sure I got the right part at the right price. They compared options, checked availability, and kept me updated the whole way through. Not only did they save me money, but they also saved me a ton of time. Their honesty and transparency gave me complete confidence in my purchase.
When the parts arrived, everything was exactly as described—high quality, well‑packaged, and ready to install. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Businesses like this are rare, and it’s refreshing to see such integrity and professionalism in a world where good service can be hard to find.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for car parts or automotive help. Whether you know exactly what you need or have no idea where to start, this team will take care of you and make sure you walk away with the best deal possible. I’m grateful for their help and will absolutely be returning for any future car needs.

Came here today for brakes rotors sway bar links struts and axles for my 2016 dodge charger. They gave me the best price anyone else in the city was offering. The service was amazing and they treat every single person that walks in there like they are family. Everyone feels like the shop is their shop they make you feel welcomed and taken care of. I will be back and will recommend my friends and family to them as well. Thank you Mansfield!

I’ve been dealing with this store for over 3 years now. I work as a part time mechanic and a friend of mine introduced me to them back in April of 2022 praising their unbeatable prices and high quality parts. They’ve been treating me like …
I highly recommend Mansfield Auto Parts! I recently purchased brakes and rotors all around, and they beat every local auto parts shop by a huge margin both in price and quality. I also grabbed 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and a filter, and again, the price couldn’t be matched. The parts are top-notch, and the service was amazing. Ask for Hass he’ll take care of you. If they don’t have the part you need, no worries they can order it and have it delivered the same day. You really can’t beat that kind of service. Plus, if you’re not sure what the issue is, they have a mechanic on-site 24/7 to diagnose your vehicle. These guys are the real deal!
Great customer service with great quality parts—easily the best price in the city, 100% unbeatable.
Great guys Very respectful to take care of me asap
