Jose is incredibly knowledgeable and consistently goes out of his way to be helpful. I particularly appreciate his communication; he is great about calling back promptly to confirm whether or not a part is in stock. Although I drive about an hour to reach your location, his expertise and reasonable pricing make the trip well worth it. It is reassuring to know I am in good hands and can avoid making unnecessary trips. Thank you!

I'm the proud owner of a vintage Mercedes and I can confidently say that Lonestar Imports has helped me to find the part I needed when I need it in a pinch! Jay, the employee who helped me today, was so helpful to me in being patient with my inquiries for parts on my Mercedes. As well, the staff here who pull the parts from the lot are quick and knowledgable of the specific parts that I needed. After sometime searching for parts through other online sellers and not getting the parts I needed, I am happy to know that Lonestar Imports offers better customer service AND quality parts! They beat out eBay! I want to recognize that Ray has just about the kindest team backing his business. Please recognize Jay, Jose, and Kevin for their time in assisting me with my car related needs! I want to call out a person by ..Roxx Gibson...I called and needed a part..she was extremely Professional with her service and making sure I got the correct part for my truck .I had the pleasure to come in person Friday morning to Houston from Galveston and meet with her ..I actually was taken back by how organized and clean this place was, like nothing I've ever seen.Everyone was super cool and friendly..they definitely have a customer for life and I will for sure tell everyone about Lonestar Imports.

I appreciate them having the part I needed for my Range Rover but everyone I encountered that worked there were 100% disrespectful and arrogant. First, they lied about how they would cut the part I needed. Secondly when I drove around the back of the salvage yard for them to load the part on my truck, I ended up with 3 bolts in two of my tires because of how trashy the salvage yard was cleaned. When I went up front to let them know the part was not cut the way the worker said it would be cut, every guy that works up front were 100% disrespectful and basically acted like they didn't care at all about cutting the part properly. I would not recommend going here unless you absolutely cannot find the part elsewhere. These people think they are above people that come to buy parts from them and shows no respect to their clients. They don't deserve your money, spend it where you are respected.

This one was the worst experience in buying parts ever You always give you the wrong part and their attitude is horrible I would never ever go back to them The prices are so high you better just go to eBay or online in order the partial free 30 days free return from online order. These people don’t respect or honor anything it takes months to get your return. Very very unorganized

I have been buying auto parts at this junkyard for several years, but I don’t understand what has happened recently, why such an attitude towards customers? First, where did you get these prices from? Do you have panda skin parts? secondly, why has it become such a poor customer focus? Previously, they tried to help, find the right spare part ... .. ok, a lot of words, over the years it only gets worse.

Looking for parts for my 328 I I call Lonestar in Port right away. They have the parts went there picked the part up put it on the car no problem overall I’ll give them a 10 if you need any parts call Lonestar import.
