Best customer service good quality used parts. That are tested i called and when i got there the part was pulled. Loaded up and off i went.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with LKQ. I ordered both CV axles over the phone last Tuesday and was told they would be ready for pickup by Wednesday or Thursday. When I called, I got a new pickup ETA --- first Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday. On Tuesday, I confirmed by phone that both axles were finally ready for pickup at the Vineland, NJ location. I drove 2.5 hours from Brooklyn, NY, only to find out that they had only one axle, and the other was removed from their system on Monday due to damage. Nobody notified me, yet they confirmed the order as “ready” just the day before. I wasted an entire day, money on gas and tolls, and dealt with, unhelpful staff. The main office took around 15 call attempts a day to reach, and the NJ location simply never answers. Totally unprofessional, horrible and unreliable experience.

Never answer the phone, and when they do, after you call about ten times, they put you on hold and never plan to take you off hold. I drove there while still on hold. The guy at the front desk is just sitting there talking to another employee about his car. Smh this place is a joke.

They answer the phone right away not sure what’s up with some of the other reviews! Very friendly very fast!! Everyone I came into contact with was very nice!!

Best place to shop for your car parts. See I have a Cadillac SRX 2005 and I needed a right side quarter panel and they manage to find me one for a very low price and they also gave me the address to a mechanic that will be able to weld it on for me. I'm happy that I found this place.

This place is horrible. I called 3 days ago was given a price. When I get here after a hour drive the guy tells me $75 I told him I was given a different quote. And then he tells me to leave his area. Ignorant and rude. While trying to rip me off
