Sadly I ordered a part and waited for 3 weeks after calling almost every 2nd day because I was told I’d have it in 2 days. At first I thought okay it’s a one time thing issue with the system or whatever. But again I ordered an other part to give them an other chance and they said the next day I’ll have it it’s been 4 days calling every day and still can’t get anything. Really don’t not recommend unfortunately

Pitiful service, they’ve put me on hold and hung up on me after 10 minutes.... TWICE I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Unable to answer the phone, 20 minutes of waiting just to be told "please" a moment, only for it to hang up on its own.

Excellent service, received in less than 24 hours. Bumper and fog light also received. I highly recommend them. Much cheaper than at dealerships.

I bought a diesel engine with a warranty. The engine is faulty. My mechanic contacted them the minute the problems started, less than a week later, and they refuse to honor the warranty. So why did they charge me extra for the warranty if they don't want to honor it? Or is it just a way for them to make more money?

Worst place ever, zero professionalism. They take a deposit to bring back the part you need, they tell you a date to come and pick it up, and then nothing happens. They lie to you, saying they left a message informing you that your part would take longer than expected, but I never received any message or call. I went back twice, and both times I still don't have my part. Incompetence!

2010 Santa Fe taillights $240 at LKQ. $110 for the same part at Brassard in St. Amable. Only $130 cheaper. It's worth the trip. Shop around, as they're not the only ones selling used parts, even if it means going 30 or 40 km further. $10 of gas to save $130 is a bargain.

Terrible service, I ordered a part every day and they told me the next day.

They put you on hold for 30 minutes, you try calling back later and it's the same thing.
