I have been trying to get them to pick up a vehicle for 3 days in a row now. It keeps getting scheduled for a 2 hr window. No one calls or shows up. Anytime I call, I reach a call center where they all say the same thing and are unable to help in any way other than rescheduling. They claim they have no direct number to the wayland location in michigan. I've wasted 6 hours between 3 days waiting for them to arrive or at the very least call and say they cant make it. I'm to the point where I think I need to drive to the brick and mortar building to speak to someone.

They way over charge on their prices. Look online or eBay before buying anything used they over charge at least $50 for use stuff you have to pick yourself. I ran into multiple things that they way over charge and told the cashier he charge me more than when it was use and gave me an attitude when I said I’m returning it. This place is trash if you don’t believe look up the stuff yourself!!! I showed one example in the pictures I attached. They Charge $169 for a seat belt you have to go pick yourself and you can get the same one for $66 on eBay.

I never thought a Junk Yard would be fun. I've pulled parts from here and learned a lot about cars, also saved a ton of money getting my own parts, I also sold a totaled car to LKQ, both where a great experience. You have to remember when you go, its a salvage yard not the Ritz Carlton. Staff has always been really nice to me.

Everything was as expected except the prices are dramatically higher than I remember. An 18" Aluminum wheel with a tire on it totaled $135. That did include a $35 core charge. Hopefully I can find a junk aluminum rim laying around somewhere to get that back. They also charged a $5 environmental fee. I'm not sure if that has something to do with the tire disposal, if so, that doesn't make sense because the tire was good and I didn't bring a core with a junk tire on it.
