First time to this auto parts yard and WOW, It was great. Brad at the service counter was fantastic in helping us find what we needed for a 2018 Explorer rebuild. I recommend if you need a repair part go there first. Good price and very helpful staff at Chattanooga LKQ.

They were a huge help in a pinch being from out of town, they were open on Sunday and extremely helpful. Tom showed me around and even brought stuff out to my truck that i had left on the counter. Tom has the amazing goatee.

Its a part yard. Its a pretty big place and they have alot of inventory to choose from. Most parts are reasonably priced. They do have a website showing inventory and parts prices... as far as selling them a vehicle... pretty simple process and they give the best prices ive been offered and they do pick up.

Was a great experience here. Came to pull an ls motor & they had plenty to choose from. Tom went above & beyond to help my buddies & I pull the motor with a skid steer from the very back of the lot to the front. Would definitely recommend coming here.

I’ve been coming to this yard for a few years now, for BMW parts. They always have a decent selection. The staff is super friendly and eager to help. Today Brad rung me up and was kind enough to give me a discount on the center caps I was procuring. Super awesome and kind guy! Just another reason to come back and enjoy the great experience you get at this establishment. Cheers!

One of the most organized used parts locations I have ever been to. The gentleman who checked me in was thorough in explaining how their yard worked and offered to pull the part for me if needed. Prices are more than fair and the staff made me feel at home. I will be back when I need parts

LKQ is a great alternative to purchasing used parts from EBay. I wanted to go back to a factory set of wheels for my Deville. The prices online were almost comparable to new aftermarket time you pay shipping for a complete set of 4. LKQ to the rescue with a great set of OEM chrome 7 blades. There were in excellent shape minus the center caps missing. I drove to Chattanooga in hope of finding that the wheels were still available since the car was put in the yard back in Dec. When I arrived the Customer service rep gave me a strip map to where the car was in the yard. This is a HUGE yard folks! It has lots of cars and trucks available. You wont be disappointed. They even remove the wheels and the tires were taken off the wheels as well. After a trip downtown to eat lunch they call to come pick up the rims. Even provided a yard car to get them to my SUV in one trip. A ++ Guys Keep up the good work.
