They must get commission these people are rude as hell! They hang up on you or put you on forever hold. Seems as though they only want to serve shops because you push 3 as the menu states and then when they find out you're not a shop they either place you on forever hold or hang up on you. The first guy was really rude and just hung without saying anything the second one was Willy although he wasn't as rude he still transferred me somewhere else when he could have simply taken care of me DONE HERE! They left me on hold till they closed. Hope you get shut down cos it's obvious the owner doesn't care he has done absolutely nothing to change anything by the looks of the reviews!

-5⭐️ is what they deserve. This company is a fraud! They sold me a transmission that they never had and wasted my time for almost three weeks!! The sales manager is the cherry on top. Go to a local junk yard instead of wasting your time doing business with this people. After lots of arguments the only thing they will do is a refund. The lady lady called SHELLY in sales department doesn’t know the difference between Hyundai and Lincoln transmission. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!

We attempted to order a wheel for a customer and was told the wheel was on the truck to be delivered on a Wednesday, told the same thing on Thursday and again on Friday. When we tried to actually find out where the wheel was and when it would really be here, it was virtually impossible to get someone on the phone and when we did all of the information we got was conflicting and no one really seemed to have any idea. There overall customer service is horrible, and it would appear that no one there really has a clue what is going on. I would advise purchasing parts from any other parts dealer.

The people on the phone are decent but they never seem to get the right part delivered. Almost feel bad for the drivers doing big deliveries and wasting gas. Only if they could somehow figure out what part is ordered and what part is being shipped.

Called them and immediately they found part for my car and told me it would be available at 4pm. Got of work and got there an hour early and it was ready to go. Customer service was 100%, even the gentleman at the counter answered all my questions. Will definitely be going back for future parts...

Would like to give a "Shout Out" to Chad Bullock and his Team at LKQ located in Dumfries, VA. They have provided great customer service. Totally recommend this place.
