I don’t know what happened between 6 years ago until now because they were getting 5 stars. However, now I can see from experience why they’re presently getting a 1 star rating per customer. If it could be a negative star I would select that instead of the 1. It seems as if anyone could be working for customer service cause why are kids in the background?!? Also, when parts are ordered they will tell you that the parts are in & you’ll drive almost an hour away for the parts only NOT to be in. Why not have a system where they go & check for the actual parts before lying just to get off the phone?!? & for as long as they keep you on hold when they DO pick up, the least that they could do is go verify & stop being so LAZY. Another thing they need to stop doing is being RUDE & acting like they own the business. The whole LKQ in Cades system & customer service is awful when it comes to business & are clearly going down each day. Conclusion: Just hire a whole new crew with great customer service skills, train them properly to follow through with customer orders & do better by your customers especially your loyal customers!! I can definitely come in & show you a thing or two when it comes to public relations with my years in experience.

They lead the industry in giving you the run around. My motor had a #8 intake valve stuck 2 years in. We supposed to have a 4 year warranty. Who the hell knows who you have to talk to about the warranty. Nobody that works there knows thats for sure. DON'T GET BURNED LIKE WE DID. Call Crossroads Speed Equipment instead. They have stood by there word. When somebody shows you who they are believe them. They have earned the 3.6 stars they have at the time of this posting.

Talk about a run around- after being on hold for 30-40 minutes yesterday (10/9/2025), I tried again today. The LKQ Web Site is very screwed up. The Web Site lists prices but when you call the price is different than what is posted online. I …

Called to order a part and the first salesman was extremely rude. He was short throughout the call and when I tried to ask how to go about placing my order and pay for a part being shipped he hung up on me. This is a great way to let a consumer know you don't want or care about their business. I called back again and spoke with a different salesman who was able to answer my questions and help me get my order placed. This seems to be a common problem when looking at other reviews from here. The only reason I did not go elsewhere was because this was the closest location for what I was looking for.

As a builder, I use LKQ on a rare basis preferring to fabricate or patch repair. But they can always find those parts that you need.

This place is a joke. Called and prepaid for an engine with a credit card and they said I’d have it in two days. Called back two days later to see why it hadn’t arrived and was told they couldn’t take a card for that much money over the …

Called this place, the salesperson was very short with me and then hung up on me. I called back and talked to someone else that showed more respect, and he was able to transfer me to the correct department. Once connected they hung up on me. This place doesn't want to sell anything....

Horrible!!! I mean this one word. I called twice asking about a part and they hung up on me. I advise people do not use these people.
