Poor customer communication and a lot of confusion misinformation about processes. My parts were lost, I was told I had not been charged but I had been. They then told me I would not be charged on purchase but at time of pickup, was not true. They need better training for the people on the phones.

Went in to pickup a seatbelt retractor I ordered. Their customer service at Sumner is horrible. Walked up and there was 2 customers waiting along the wall. The lady at the window just looked. At least a "hi", smile, or "someone will be right with you" would of been nice. Went outside and came back an 3 ladies were now in the office but they seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and the first lady that was in the office was standing talking about how irritated she was instead of helping customers. The other customers said they've been waiting an hour. And the other guy said they gave him the wrong part. If you can the Buckley location is a lot more helpful & able to order parts there unlike Sumner where they tell you to call and order over the phone.

Awesome place to order parts VERY helpful.. Alexis has always went above and beyond to help me search for what I need. Sometimes we find parts I'm looking for other times we don't but it's people like her that make it easy and want to come back.. Thanks again.. -

WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO SELL YOU PARTS !!!! I ORDERED A REAREND FOR A 2006 CHEVY FOR $1030. THEY THEN CALLED BACK LATER AND CHARGED ANOTHER $300 FOR AND OVERSIZE CHARGE FOR FREIGHT THAT I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT. I ASSKED ABOT THE REAREND AND THEY PULL ANY PARTS OFF THEM THEY CAN TO SELL SEPARTATE SO THEIR COMPLETE REAREND IS NOT COMPLETE AND NEED SEVERAL PARTS TO WORK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I'm calling LKQ/Keystone in Sumner,WA on 7/29/24 and their phone system drops the call or nobody answers.........How can such a big company be so disorganized................
