If I could give them zero stars I would. We’ve been waiting on a response for a warranty claim for a bumper for my vehicle for over a week because of poor fitment. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing at this company. Stay away.

This place should close its doors. The employees are absolutely sorry and there is no way management filters through them. It seems like they just hire anybody to answer calls. My business use to order from here every single week, now we have turned to their competitors at Empire. It’s just a bit more pricey, but great service is ALWAYS delivered. If you’re a shop or dealer, I would definitely switch. -1/10

Worse experience of my life. Arrived at the time they open at 8am to pick up part ordered previous day. Been sitting here for 20 min. When they did walk in no one apologized or even asked what I needed.

Best customer service experience ever, its rare to get good customer service any where and the guy at the window Carlos went above and beyond to make sure that my first visit to this location was a great experience.

The service in this place is no longer very goodI returned a hood for damages and they won't give me another one if I don't pay it again. and whoever pays, owes it as credit to buy something else. that sounds absurd

I arrived at the establishment to pick up parts, upon arriving they were closed for lunch, once inside they are supposed to help customers according to order in line. A gentleman (David) wearing a red hat and red under armour jacket assisted a customer outside before helping me and another customer currently waiting. Poor customer service

Will call for pick up is absolutely ridiculous. Waiting 30 minutes just to be spoke to. 8 customers waiting and 1 rep taking his sweet time. I got a call from my boss telling me the part I put on deliver got to our shop before I was even spoke to.
