I called to make sure they had the car i needed they confirmed, then they asked what part i needed i told them it was a oil filter housing for the transmission, everywhere else they charge 6.99 for it. They said no i cant sell you that cause then noone will want to buy the transmission its either you buy the whole transmission or you cant buy it at all, i kindly left it at that and said, okay nevermind thank you. If you have a salvage yard being specific on what parts you sell to people, especially if they just went and took the part out and now have to be rejected, will leave you without business. Went to another yard and got it no problem. I recommend osceola salvage, orlando pull and pay or central florida u pull. I dont recommend this yard.

normally my experiences have been pretty good, until today when I arrived at 3:20 pm only to be turned away they said that they close at 3:30 pm, however the sign in the window would lead you believe otherwise as it clearly states that they close at 4:00 pm on Saturdays. I don't know what kind of business acts this way and I am not sure that I will return I was furious. after posting I realized that even this web site says that they are open till 4 pm

Stay away from these thieves!!! Used to do plenty of business with them before they changed ownership. Now they wont even honor a company credit of $25, they don't return phone calls and put any effort into their job! Poor, poor, poor customer service. Definitely been on a downward spiral since these new guys took over.

So I spent all day calling junk yards this was the only place that had the right engine from my truck I drove 2 hours that morning I read all the comments and it spooked me big time but I went for it I get there the owner helped me stopped what he was doing to pull a motor out of the truck for me after we got it started and running it was a totally great experience the people were cool I think all these comments are just it's all about decisions you chose to buy the motor you should investigated more you should have made sure it ran before you bought it it's just common sense I have zero complaints pretty cool place
