Emily has been a great helper. She made sure I get the part I wanted with Jose’s help. She also shows high ethics and professional customer service manner. Thank you LKQ and thank you Emily!

Good luck getting customer service from these guys, they can’t even follow basic instructions when you place an order. If they mess up your order, well you’re out with no part or money till the refund hits because they can’t fix an order once it’s been made already. Never heard such a thing in my life from an established company.

Customer service is very lacking, took almost 20 minutes in person to get a part that has been “ready for pickup”. Not enough communication from the staff and employees walking past numerous times without asking if I’ve been helped. Don’t spend your money here they will make you wait, and from standing in line for 20 minutes the majority of the people in line were not happy with service. Go elsewhere until they can get better management.

We are a local pool builder that constantly recommends Keystone products due to the quality products that they sell. The staff is AMAZING! Especially Chelsea who ALWAYS helps with everything and Jonas, our amazing sales rep. I highly recommend Keystone!!!

They broke my car outside lock. Now it spins when tried to lock it. The car will no longer lock without the remote control. If i stay with no battery i wont have access to my car. Only automated fob thats why i had to pay extra to lock my car. I spend $370 dollars for a key that works half way n got a broken door lock. I was told it was $270 dollars total. Plus my dashboard meter shews are not there no more. 100% no way!

I went in...they moved. I found the building even though the address isn't on the building that I saw. Had to ask if I was in the right place. I ordered a chrome window switch. Paid for it. Had to drive back to where the original place was. Was given the wrong switch. Had to drive back to where I paid. Asked for a refund , and on the receipt....... They put "customer ordered the wrong part". How can I order a chrome window switch...be given a window switch without chrome.....and IT'S MY FAULT....

I went to go pick up my visors from Keystone but was never told that I had to pick them up from a completely different company around the corner until I got there. I ordered two sun visors for my car and the first order was completely wrong. The order came with two driver side visors when I specifically asked for one of each (driver and passenger side).Furthermore, they didn't even match my car after I was on the phone giving all my vehicle information. I spoke with O'Neal who told me the situation would be fixed and will send out the correct new ones for my car and apologized for the inconvenience. I waited and finally went to go pick my parts up again living an hour away, and once again I received the wrong car parts for both sides. The guy where you picked up used car parts said this is not the first time Keystone has done this and many people have issues. He suggested just to get my money back because it will happen again. If you don't have the part just say no so I can look else where instead of wasting my money and time.

Called Keystone Automotive then we get this fantastic message that they are now part of LKQ. I should have hung up as soon as i heard it is part of LKQ they generally do not answer phone calls you could finish drinking a case of beer while you wait.
