They close the front counter for lunch every day in stead of making employees take turns like every other business in the world. That was the only time I could get there to pick up my parts. They told me I had to wait an HR. before I could get them. I left and ended up finding them cheaper at a local salvage yard. Never going back.

I always get quality aftermarket Capa certified parts from here. Don't waste your time dealing with other aftermarket companies whose parts don't fit well

Great for parts but they over work their staff ALOT. So if u come here and people seem like they don't care, it's not you it's their work environment.

By far the most difficult people to deal with. Instead of making things easier for business they want to be on their BS. Why does it matter how you pay for the parts as long as they are paid.

I am giving this company 4 stars it would have been 5 if I did not have to deal with Ashley she was very rude she told me, as I was trying to ask her questions, that she had 3 people on hold and that she was supposed to be on lunch and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me he would tell me the same thing and hung up on me ... well I got ahold of her supervisor Scott and he did not tell me the same thing he was very compassionate and helped me the rest of the way I recommend talking to him highly he totally made up for her rudeness
