The guy at the front desk is an absolute joke, they need to fire him, he doesn’t take his job serious, mumbles when he talks to you, that’s when he feels like talking to you, processing my order and would stop just scroll on tiktok, and spent like a minute or 2 thinking how he was going to respond to a tiktok he was sent. I don’t know about the quality of the products yet but best believe I won’t come back again from that pathetic customer service.

Very UNHAPPY ordered parts for a client payment was taken out of my account and because of incorrect invoicing by rep money was returned alongside part. Now client won't get car for maybe another 5 days and money won't be back for another 5 days no call to inform me of mistake no nothing

I was there in November and there was a lady and man who were born to do this they had great personalities and were very helpful and knowledgeable which was great because I had no knowledge of car parts. The wait time was the only downfall it took over 20 mins for my mirror but the two employees made it all worth it.

My parts lady Luz is the best she’s so charismatic and knows her stuff. The service is a little slow when you pick up but the guy is polite and the wait is worth it for the quality parts and seeing Ms. Luz when she stops by to say “Hey Hun how are you”

Bad customer service, slow workers, the person taking my order was on the phone the entire time and made errors while taking my order. Prices are not that great as they are very close to dealership prices in certain cases. It took me about an hour to finally get everything done when it should have taken 15 minutes or less. I will not be buying from this company again.

Customer service is horrible. There is never a person available to answer the phone. If (a very big if) they do answer the phone, they are very short with you and treat you like a no body. I could not get the headlight that I wanted from them. Had to go somewhere else. Would not recommend.
