I just want to thank Joe and his team for cutting my rocker panel out that I needed. I was a bit nervous coming here because of the bad reviews but it turned out to be fine. when I saw the rocker panel myself and the condition it was in? my anxiety went away. “Joe was 100% honest all along” and now I built a trust on the company. I am very satisfied with my purchase….i am very sorry if I was annoying I just wanted to make sure I get my moneys worth and I hope you understand on the customer’s perspective. I had a really great experience with K and R Auto Salvage. Even after going through some hard times, they were patient, understanding, and willing to help me out. The staff was very nice and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. It’s not often you find a business that truly cares about their customers, but they definitely do. For customers that don’t know how a salvage yard works. Most salvage yards do not take pictures of parts. If you think about it. Every single vehicle that is in the yard contain thousands of parts in them so taking pictures of every single part is impossible nor will they pay someone to do so. They all go by grade and k&R goes up and beyond to sell customers parts that is in good working condition. Plus offer a warranty just incase. You’re buying used parts. Not brand new. Same for alloy wheels. YOU WILL get rims that are not 100% perfect. Engines are used and offer warranty as well but they also recommend replacing the timing belt or chain if it needs it. You can do research online to see how salvage yards operate. K&R isn’t here to scam customers. Be smart and do research. If you still don’t understand? Try owning your own salvage yard business. You will know and understand.
