Went to go get some parts for my car. They're out of business there's a bunch of for sale signs everywhere. Site says they're open And their phone is disconnected Don't go here ever for parts.

Not even one star! Asshole said he would call me right back with an eta when the tow would be there, after I waited in the cold for an hour. Never showed up and ghosted my calls. Now I have to pay an extra $300. I could have had another company come and get it. How do you do that to someone. Horrible horrible horrible!

I’ve been calling for a rear end for almost a week, everytime I call they tell me they’ll give me a call back and never do, I showed up there the person at the front desk was rude seemed like he had no customer service whatsoever but tells me it’ll be out today, I called the next day and they tell me they can’t get it to me. Wouldn’t recommend going here for anything they’re not any help.

Found possible replacement parts on their eBay store and called the directly to see about making a modified purchase (only interested in specific parts of the item listed on eBay) Shipped was excellent (had them the next day). The parts ended up not working, so I contacted them to check on returns. I spoke to Dave and he provided excellent service. I was a little hesitant based on the google reviews for this place, but I would definitely buy from these guys again with no fears whatsoever. Also, Dave is awesome.

This place understands great customer service. While they didn't have the part I needed, they actually checked their system and find an alternate junk yard in another city that did. Now that's service! Way to go above and beyond.

Must place order for parts. They never have anything pulled. Then they get mad and claim to toss the part if you don't pick it up on their time. Good pricing but bad customer service.
