I have tried to get a core picked up by them for over 6 weeks. I would burn money before using these people ever again. I see their trucks all over delivering parts all around my shop but will not stop and pick up their core and return my core deposit

Very friendly when talking to. And very helpful as well when you need some thing. I talked to Tyler when I needed a part. He understood even though I did not know what side I needed until I told him after I got in side the truck. He was so nice to me. I appreciate his help and appreciate him so thank you so much Tyler.

Called the day before for a muffler and was told it was off the car and waiting... they had me wait an hour and a half and didn't have it at all.. They said it was missing off the car.. I drove 2 hours for this muffler.. they even tried selling me a muffler for a different engine that was completely different and wouldn't fit at all. A 4.8 bmw muffler will NOT fit a 3.0 look anywhere and you can see this..besides there system apparently.

Very bad experience. Long story would be two pages. Short story. A dozen messages to parts, the checkout counter and the owners office. No returned phone calls. One long drive to get told tough luck. And 4 months later visa got my money back for me. I should of listened to the reviews.

When I receive my transmission it had a broken sensors and solenoids all over which kind of defeated the purpose but I try not to complain and I switch them out anyway with the components from the previous transmission that was coming from the vehicle after installing this transmission I realize the transmission was bad overall although they said they will supply me with another replacement transmission I have to eat the labor and hope this transmission is good and the customer is pissed at me because I encourage them to buy this transmission at 61,000 miles per the junk yards information I really hate leaving a bad review but this is the type of stuff that destroys Small Business Like Me
