Prices are on par with new aftermarket parts from Amazon. If you have to have it immediately, probably out of luck, I was told 7 days for an ac compressor.. other times I've had quick service, same day.. to hit and miss.

purchased transmissions for 1990 pontiac grand prix. They sent the wrong transmission (was electric shift, which wasnt available in 1990) part # on transmission was from a later model pontiac vehicle. Returned the transmission, got receipt for return, Never got a refund for the transmission, Never a call. nothing, sent several emails with no response as well. have had great luck from other local yards but this one refused to correct their mistake. return receipt signed for by counter person for dropoff return.

Parts nazis. They seems like they screen the calls. You can call for three days leaving voicemails with no response when you’re just wanting an ETA on a part you ordered. But you call from a different number they answer. Completely childish.

Paid 212.00 for a set of rims that I was told was located at the Dilliner office,but would be sent to Clarksburg for me..waited 2 days for nothing,when I called she said they had not even been pulled from the car yet and it would be pointless to come in.. so I told her I want a refund and will look elsewhere.

Have called them for multiple parts over the years, they never have it. Just go to an auto part store or find it online.

Will not honor warranty for rear end, axle shaft was bent. Have left messages but they will not call back. Every time you talk to someone they pass you to another extension with a voicemail. They will definitely take your money and will not honor warranty. Sad excuse for a business.

Great selection and great customer service. Spoke with the owner Dave Jordan in PA, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We ended up going to the location in Clarksburg and worked with Chuck. He was great as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We tried going to other places in the area and were treated unprofessionally. Thank you for putting the customer first!

Never seen anyone so rude working a front desk. 90 year old woman working the check-out. Couldn’t read my card & kept entering the wrong expiration date. Didn’t even get my name right. At pick up, I was pretty much told to go to the garage door & pick up my rim. Not even offered any assistance. Pretty poor customer service.
