Terrible experience with this seller. Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional—completely lacking basic customer service skills. Instead of resolving issues, they were rude and dismissive. If you value good service and respect, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. Really High Price and Low Quality parts. This place should be shutdown. Avoid at all costs!

Drove 2 hours to pick up the part that was supposedly ready to go. It wasn't. Young guy in office went to look for it. Found it, but said they didn't have gas in the forklift to get it. Was told to go back in an hour. I called several time to verify part was ready and they never picked up. Such a sad group of people.

I regret to say that I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. Unfortunately, I felt that they did not make a sufficient effort to work with me as a customer and address my concerns. Despite my interest in continuing business with them, I was left feeling that my needs were not a priority. In my opinion, businesses that truly value their customers make an effort to understand their concerns and offer solutions, which was not my experience here.
