I called and they had the part. Gave me and food dwal and a better deal when it had a piecw missing. Took a while to get part off but had good communication. Cash is best if not you have to pay taxes.

“I had a frustrating experience at Japanese Auto Salvage. I came in looking for parts for my Lexus LS 460, and after being shown the car and getting initial confirmation that they could sell it to me, the staff kept changing their minds. One person said yes, then the lady said no, and then they gave me a price only for the first guy to say it couldn’t be sold due to the boss’s approval. It felt extremely unprofessional and like a waste of my time. Definitely not recommended.”

It would be prudent for you to consider closing your doors and selling the property. Your service and communication are severely lacking. Had I taken the time to read the reviews beforehand, I would have spared myself the trouble of writing this critique.

Terrible customer service besides one lady at the front desk. The other men in the store seemed to get angry at me when I asked questions to make sure I was getting the right part. I would not recommend going here.
