"I had a terrible experience with this dumpster company. First, their customer service was very slow, and they couldn't give me a clear answer about the availability of the containers. Then, when they finally delivered the dumpster, it arrived much later than the agreed time, which delayed my entire project. The worst part is that the container was in poor condition: stained and completely dirty, which I did not expect from a company that is supposed to handle waste professionally. On top of that, the pickup process has been a mess. The dumpster has been on my property for 4 WEEKS, and they still haven't come to pick it up! I have called several times, and each time they tell me they'll come soon, but no one ever shows up. This lack of commitment and professionalism is unacceptable. Not only have I wasted a lot of time waiting, but it's also taking up space on my property. I do not recommend this company at all, as they fail to meet deadlines or provide basic quality service. I will never use their services again."

This company does not do business properly. We agreed to a 7 day rental, and their dumpster is still sitting on my property over five weeks later. No one will answer our calls, texts or inquiries.

I called at 12:00pm asking for a 20ft dumpster, they immediately got my info, connected me to an agent, and had a dumpster at my property by 1:30pm. Amazingly fast service, extremely professional, I will definitely be using IRW again!
