I stopped in for a part I saw they had in stock. I inquired about the part which was listed for $484. the guy who sits to the far right punched away on his computer and a couple mins later tells me they don't have it. it was sold but they have another one for $850. I said ok and walked out. got back on the website and searched for the part at another salvage yard. the same part i inquired about same stock number and place selling it ( international truck) was now $850. so he went into the system and changed the price while I was standing there another $400. I have screen shots. now a few weeks later looking for the same part hoping brothers may have it. I see the part still in their ( international truck) inventory and the price is back down to under $500. in all this place is shady and dishonest. never had this issue with any other places. id change my review if they change the way they do business and honor their prices. until then....

I have been a customer for over then three years. I have no problem at all. The prices are very good compared with other places, the customer service professionals and friendly, I highly recommend them.

I just got off the phone with the employee. We left $200 deposit for a transmission. Wish they said they would have now. It turns out we gotta wait another day. I asked the gentleman to just charge his stocking fee and he wants 400 dollare, they crazy. I told him brothers doesn't even do that.Million Auto parts. , doesn't even do that.I asked let me speak to the owner.He refused to let me speak to the owner.This place is nothing but a robbery.I would suggest for everyone to stay the hell away from this place.

I usually don’t do this and I hate doing this. This is probably the worst junkyard there is to buy parts. I called on Saturday. Employer told me 750 for a part and hung up in my face, but that’s not the worst thing I called back on Monday they tell me 950 listing says 878. I bring the price down to 850. I get a call back. Sorry we have to do 950. As a business owner myself, this is the number one thing that you don’t do to a customer keep playing with the price

Was told this place had a rim I needed yesterday, called this morning and asked for the same product and was told it wasn’t in stock and got hung up on while I was asking a question. Not worth the headache dealing with this place.

Worse place to do business with . Rude people and poor customer service . The lady in the front I believe her name is Martha treats people like if they wanted the parts for free . …

Jose and his team are very professional and have excellent prices and service. They have a 90 day warranty as well so highly recommend International Truck Parts!
