Huffines Hyundai Plano Parts

Huffines Hyundai provided an excellent experience with the purchase of a new Tucson. My salesman, Stephen R. was terrific. He was helpful and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle, and answered all my questions, and concerns. He showed me around the facility, introduced me to everyone and made me feel like "they cared". Due to the transfer from another dealer and the weekend, the delivery was a few days later. Stephen contacted me to make coordinate the pickup of the car, and upon pickup was there to familiarize me with it. Probably the best new car purchase experience I have ever had. Highly recommended!!!

It would have been 5 stars. Everyone is polite and keeps you up to date. However on this visit I was told service would take 90 minutes. Vehicle wasn't ready until after 2 hours.

First of all…. Drew Jacobson is the absolute best, his customer service is OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT in every way. I called and left Drew a message concerning an oil change and he responded in a timely manner and got me the service I needed …

They treated me with such concern, like a family member, and I can’t say enough about how great I feel with Huffines. They checked to make sure they had a battery for my Genesis in stock and then came out to my house and jumped the car in the garage and led me back to the dealership to have a new battery installed. Wow!

I’ve brought my Hyundai genius coupe 2.0t to this location 3 times for repairs and after every repair I have had another issue appear. First my engine was replaced, after that service they failed to install coolant hosing properly causing a …

They are always amazing. I've made the mistake of using another Hyundai delearship to service my car and it was not a good experience. I will always take my car here. The staff is friendly and the wait time is always not bad. Fully recommend this dealership to anyone.

poor customer service, parts department does not understand the concept of answering the phone.

Always have what I need for different models

This last visit was an improvement over the last visit. When someone tells me it'll take an hour and a half, I expect it to take 90 minutes, not 2 and a half hours.

Excellent
