We came here to get a new fender for our truck and unfortunately the experience inside was very frustrating. We were placed on hold for 30 minutes when we called ahead, and then told we needed to call in advance — which we had already tried to do. Once we arrived, we were told it would be about an hour and a half wait. We had no issue waiting that long. We gave the front desk the exact number and model of the truck and confirmed the fender details to make sure everything was correct. After waiting two hours, we were told it was ready. When we went outside, it wasn’t there yet. A few minutes later it arrived — but it was the wrong color. The outside worker handled it professionally and took us back inside. The front desk then said they would have to take the correct one off. We went back to the car, and less than five minutes later they brought out the correct fender. That left us confused as to why we waited two hours if it only took about ten minutes to pull the right one. I do want to say the outside workers were phenomenal. They were working extremely hard and were very helpful and professional. I have nothing negative to say about them. The issue was with the organization and communication inside. Hopefully this can be improved because the yard staff is doing a great job.

You would rather defend a bad review with more lies rather than inprove your operations and adequately train your sales agents. I drove from Krugerville Tx, and the body shop is in Kennedale. I did not curse, I simply yelled that I needed a refund. The GM simply explained what rude and inefficient VANESSA couldn't. I have receipts of the last parts I got and the parts I recently ordered. Stop the lies!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!! VANESSA & LEILA are terrible sales associates. STAY AWAY!! Grimmes and it's staff does not care about your time or the parts. I drove 1hr,30mins (One way) to buy a couple of parts, waited a week for the parts to get delivered but part was never delivered. Came back to pick up the parts only to discover its the wrong parts. I ordered more parts, waited 2 hours only to be told they dont have the part. I got frustrated and was almost physically attacked by another male sales associate. Zero communication between front office & back office. I would never buy anything from here again and hope no one gets to experience the horrible service.

Will not buy anything from here again. Leila lacks communication and wasted my time driving over 25 minutes to pick a part I couldn’t even receive unless I returned the DAMAGED part they gave me. I was unaware and now have to waste driving over 30 minutes back because of traffic, just to have to come back again to pick up the part later. This wasn’t even the first issue I had neither. I received the wrong parts the first time I ordered them and wasn’t informed until I arrived. Will never purchase from this business again. They do not value your time, only your money.

I have bought a bunch of parts from Grimes an I get great service from Roger, Rigo, and Friday, could not be more pleased with the clean quality parts. I recently bought a 2014 Accord steering gear and it's insane how perfect this thing was, they clearly take great pride in their parts! Really appreciate the warranty, too. Will definitely continue to source parts here.

Beware "Fake 5 Star reviews" This place has the worst people working there. Always rude and act like parts are made out of gold. Also if you don't have at least 24 hours to get Even the smallest part for your car don't Even try to come they will have You waiting here days. Purchased ítems pay for then up front and still didn't get My parts Taken off after days . This place is a joke. You'll find better and cheaper junk yards around trust me.
