Needed a wheel for a Mazda CX-5. Customer service on the phone was helpful. You have to pay in advance. Customer service at the yard was also helpful.

They have awesome customer service and sales reps that help out tremendously, and there are so many parts to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for used auto parts at a decent price.

These folks have no idea what they are doing or how to run a salvage yard. You can’t talk to someone at a parts counter you have to call a sales person, literally from the waiting area of the business. Which by the way is 3 broken fold up chairs (see pic) they also don’t inventory or sell any small parts. They ignore you when you stand at the cashier window. It’s insane, their customer service at the u pull it isn’t much better. Their reviews are bad and they will continue to get worse.

My first time using this company. The prices were pretty good compared to the others. I told them that I was gonna come to pick the part up first thing Monday. I got there and they had not pull the part yet. The guy Blake told me that there was a problem with the one they ordered and they had to order an alternate. They only have two pullers and they pull over 200 parts a day. So I’m driving on my lunch break so I don’t have to go after work and get caught in traffic only to be here and having to wait for them to pull the park cause they only got two pullers. Totally unacceptable. Don’t know if I’ll be using this company again .

Called about a hood for an 06 impala. The sales guy asked if it was ok that it had scratches and minor dents. He then tells me the cost is $300. They are way cheaper brand new!!
