Super Friendly, place very clean, employees very attentive as soon as someone walks in. They really know their stuff, is not easy for a girl to walk in and ask for a part of something we don't even know what is for, besides knowing it goes somewhere inside the car. 😅

went in to buy a 2" ball for my bumper hitch, bought a ball the shank was to short went back in exchanged it for a longer shank,borrowed a crescent wrench installed the ball.(What else would you need from a parts store?) Did I mention the young man that works there was very helpful !
