Disappointed. They used to have the best battery prices by s long shot but no longer. Being that there are not a lot of locations, you're better off getting a battery from a national chain or big box store and have that nationwide warranty.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, we bought a starter 5 days ago, and it was a bad starter car wouldn’t even start, we went and got it at tested at 3 different O’Reillys, it failed at all 3 O’Reillys, Gonzalez on culebra said we couldn’t return it and get our Money back because we had already put it on the car, and we needed to “prove” it was a bad starter, even though the recipient says we can return within 30 days AND NO! we didn’t need an exchange, because we already bought a brand new one at O’Reillys.
I called the Gonzales on military, they straight up told us we couldn’t return it period, because electrical items aren’t returnable, worst customer service I have ever encountered, im still waiting on a call from the regional manager.
Staff is very helpful. You don't feel like your waiting in line for someone that really doesn't want to help you . Recommend calling Gonzalez Auto Parts before making your purchase. 90% of the time they have beat the price of the big box stores .
Great costumer service !! Everyone there is very polite and attentive to whatever it is anyone needs. Daisy & Rene make my trip there an amazing experience all the time. The car parts are always in good shape and at great pricing. This is my go to store, I love it here.

After going to selective auto parts stores around San Antonio for a distributor rotor couldnt find the right one. Yes they were n stock but buying and returning was a hassle... Nt the right fit.. getting so frustrated my mind had a complete …
OK place for auto parts. I don't go there much but from time to time I give them a visit. Place needs some dusting to do. I do get better service at other places as well. The people seem friendly but slightly slow at helping you out. Although a good place for some hard to find parts. Nothing personal against these guys, they just need some tidiness to get done. Surely I'll be going back. Cheers!
Luv this place, small but they have BEST PRICES in Town & will order any part you need & YOU'LL get it within a day or two. SELL Delco & orginal factory parts at Hugh LOWER Prices than the other Auto places!!!!! Plus parts usually have twice the warranty that you don't pay extra for.....

I give all 3 locations in San Antonio 5 stars. I had Don the Vice President. Let me emphasize... DON THE VICE PRESIDENT hand deliver a part for me when I was broke down on the side of the road. I'm from Laredo, Tx. Dont get but it's and but's from those guys.
Super friendly every time I call and they even double check to make sure they have the part(s) in stock. And, because of their reasonable prices they are my go to store!!
